In conformity with   Article 196 of 30/06/2003 the data will be electronically and automatically handled by  Fattoria La Saiana for statistical reasons and to inform the data Subject of any events regarding the Company. The Data will not be passed on to third parties apart from when required by Legal or contractual obligations. It is within the rights of the Data Subject to obtain control of, update, change, cancel or oppose the use of the data, according to that stipulated in paragraph 7 of the stated law.
